While all this Death was happening, I was promising myself that when (never, if) I will get out of this alive & well, I’ll compile a mourning guide. How To Successfully Use Pain As A Teacher. So, I might as well keep my promise. Did you know that writing is the casting of spells? If you didn’t, read (or listen to) some Alan Moore.

First thing to consider before compiling any guide is that simplicity is gold. Keep it minmalist. We have three things that we can access in ourselves at all times – our body, our mind and our spirit. Thus, these will become the framework for the three-steps guide.

  1. Respect and nourish the body through Yoga or, what I like to call it in Romanian, Metaphysical Exercises. Stretch, breathe, vocalize, flex your gross and subtle senses, Now, this can be done in a variety of ways, but if you want to enter a truly divine world of Magical Reality, check out Guru Pashupati and learn how to become a Siddha Yogi(ni). There’s nothing like the Martial Arts of Siddhars.
  2. Discipline and love the mind through the great practice of meditation. What is meditation? Apparently the term comes from Latin, ‘meditari’, which means something like contemplate. Do the same that you would do with the body, only use the mind and do it in the astral plane of imagination. Can you close your eyes, stay still and imagine you are running a 10kms marathon? It’s not as easy as it sounds – it is more difficult, in some ways, than physically running for 10 kms. Because the mind is less materially supported than the body and, for most people, it is much less trained and developed. You can imagine it for 1 minute, maybe 5, but to sustain that imagination for 2 hours is a true feat of concentration. Our Mind is a drunken monkey, bitten by a black scorpion and frightened by a ghost, tied to a pole by a short rope, running hysterically around it. Calm it down and give it a simple, repetitive activity, with clear instructions, and you’ll rid yourself of most mental issues. What is the difference between imagination and materialization? Just commitment. Imagination is low commitment – keep it up, and your dreaming will materialize.
  3. Bioenergetics for spiritual wellbeing. Now, this spiritual stuff is slippery because the spirit is even more subtle than the mind. Even though we can’t physically manouver our thoughts, we can’t hold them in our hands, we can still acknowledge them. But the spirit, we are barely aware of it. Often it is just another thought, not an actual experience. So, what to do? Energy. Increase your energy and this will increase your capacity to engage with your spirit. And here we arrive at Bioenergetics – the way to increase energy is by ‘borrowing’ it from nature. One thing we can safely say about Nature is that it has access to unlimited energy. So, just learn from it. And the best way to learn is by developing an attitude of curiosity mingled with respect. Simple rules: get up before the Sun, so that you can welcome and worship its return, and go to sleep soon after it set. Don’t use artificial forms of lights, it messes with your mitochondria. Limit use of screens and blue light and when you must use them, use blue-blocking glasses, those orange shades that turn everything into red light, Become aware of Mother Earth’s magnetism and align yourself to it daily. Sit on your belly on the ground, with the head to the north and your feet to the south. Touch the earth often, at least once a day, in order to balance your electrons and protons with those of the earth. Eat once or twice a day, and only while the Sun is up. Charge water in the Sunlight. Go to sleep early and never wake up with an alarm.

That’s it. Simple, effective. Try it out for 9 days and notice the difference in your life. Jai Hanuman !

  1. Ok.Da’ nu incercai (mult mai interesant) sa te bucuri de viata, asa cum e si sa-ti gasesti eventual ceva de facut ? Orice . De la gradinarit/agricultura la rocket science ? According to circumstances ?:-)))

    1. Buna ziua, Someone! Anonimatul te face sa te simti puternic? gradinarit am facut, cred ca ar intra la bioenergie. Iar rocket science, cu siguranta, este meditatie. Or do you mean, actual rockets? Not a fan.
